Sometimes we have to lose something precious in order to gain something priceless.
How true is that! Been there, done that.
We always live with “precious” because they are important to us at that point in time, and we are usually blinded by the “precious”, with our life only surrounding them. But sometimes we ought to take a step back and look at the “precious”. Are they really “precious”? You may treat them as “precious”, but what are you to them?
When you are blinded by “precious”, you tend to neglect your surrounding; especially the surrounding people who sincerely care for you. You tend to take others for granted because all that’s in your eyes is “precious”.
There is nothing in this world such as “I cant live without xxx”. You are doing fine before you meet xxx, aint it?
If losing precious is able to give you priceless, why not? In the first place, the precious may not really be that precious afterall.
Live for yourself, not for others! 🙂
